I don't think Mr Charnley does high profile cases anymore, unless you count driving without insurance high profile, you know what I mean. What he failed to mention in court on that day was the person he quoted as having named Karl, had retracted the statement. He went on to make allegations against the Police which I will produce later. Karl's Solicitor did infact have 6 witnesses that made it impossible for Karl to have been involved. Trouble is the Police and the CPS weren't interested. They'd made their minds up too bloody early.
