Gruesome Evidence

Even with the two new arrests and the further statements of Clifford Ellis and Gary Daw saying they were certain it was not me or Karl, the prosecutor ian francis still applied to keep us in prison.
What's interesting to note is philip charnley is taken off the case. ian francis the prosecutor now handling the case follows charnley's footsteps, by again misleading the court whilst summarizing what happened. He said "Mr Gorman and Mr Sewell were noisy but only seemed to annoy Mr Teal. At one stage a television was knocked over. Mr Teal got hold of Mr Gorman, pinned him against a pillar......."
By Sewell's own admission I made a joke about the T.V. getting knocked off the wall, which incidently had nothing to do with me grabbing hold of Gorman. I should also add I have at least a dozen statements from different people who came into conflict that night with Gorman. Some from girls who say he pulled them about or tried to kiss them, lads who said he stood at the bottom of the stairs leading back from the toilets were he tried to frisk them for weapons. Robert White the other friend of Gorman, described Gorman as a "physco" to a lad Gorman had swore at. I could go on and on, so there was plenty of evidence to suggest that Gorman had "annoyed" alot of people that night. Again all this evidence was over looked because it had fuck all to do with me and didn't fit. francis couldn't even get it right about the man who tried to save Gorman's life, he wasn't a taxi driver at all. I know the lad in question he's a plumber by the name of Eamon. He deserves a thank you for his efforts.
