RE: Stamped ON

It's important to read what injuries Tony Gorman suffered thet night, they were appalling. Months later when it must of been obvious to the Police and CPS that they had the wrong people,and by that I mean me, Rod Moore and Karl Sxxxxxxn ( notice I don't mention Gary Withers ). The Pathologist gives a second report in which he can't determin the cause of death. If the Police were addamant we were involved in the assault, then why wasn't a charge of G.B.H. pursued? For your information that charge carries a maximum sentence of life in prison.
