Gary Sewell's Moment Of Clarity

So if you have read all Sewell's interviews and his previous statement you will realise he had what alchoholic's refer to as "a moment of clarity". When all's said and done Sewell is entitled to say whatever he believes to be true. The question you have to ask is did he really believe this to be true? During his questioning when asked on numerous occasions was it Karl, he doesn't say maybe, or it could have been, or now I come to think about it yes. He is addament it is not Karl, let's face it, he describes knowing Karl for 5 years, he describes Karl having an arguement with Gorman outside the club. They went to the same Gym for God's sake.He knew Karl very well make no bones about it. Here's an extract from his 2nd interview:-
Q.
Carl SxxxxxxN was down there.
R:
Yeah.
Q:
Was he one of the three?
R:
No.
Q.
Are you absolutely certain? Are you absolutely certain?
R.
Yeah that weren’t Carl.

Karl had a number of people who could vouch for his whereabouts at the time in question. Two were lads he was having a fight with at the exact same time as the Murder was being carried out. They are what I would call 2 very independant witnesses. Although the Police prosecuted him for that assault they couldn't get it into their tiny little brains that he couldn't be in 2 places at the same time. His ex girlfriend who the fight was over and at least 2 of his friends all gave statements to the Police, but did the Police listen? I'm afraid it seems to be a trait of the boys in blue from the Norfolk Constabulary, they're all fucking DEAF.
So the question remains why did Sewell suddenly have this "moment of clarity"? Did the Police have anything to do with it? I suspect they did.
