There are a number of inquiries still going on and that will be the situation for a time yet. we are still questioning people and potential witnesses and following up information from the public."
First let me say shouldn't they have completed their inquiries before sending 3 innocent people to prison for Murder. Lynn was awash with rumour because it was becoming known the Police had the wrong people. I have ALL the statements taken concerning the Murder inquiry and no new potential witnesses were being questioned. The only people that saw anything to do with the murder made their statements within the 1st three days. The information the Police had they failed to act upon. Shelley Mitchelson saying it was a man wearing a blue and white hooped Rugby shirt, was anyone ever asked about that? Don't be so fucking stupid, not even Gary Sewell the friend of the deceased was ever asked about that. WHY NOT? This whole thing stems from what I said earlier, the Police wanted me and didn't listen to anything that pointed away from me. Where things started to go wrong for the Police is when 2 of the original 9 eye witnesses made further statements to both the Police and defence Solicitors stating they had since seen the people they believed to be involved in the Murder, while Karl and I were in Prison. It must have been the Police's worst fucking nightmare, eye witnesses insistant they had got it wrong. Did we get released from Prison? Not fucking likely. Excuse my swearing.
