RE: Even more Gary Daw

I touched on it when I was referring to the Forensic evidence and I will post the statements to prove it. Police officers and Prosecutors for the Crown made statements eventually blaming witnesses for failing to provide enough evidence to continue with this case. Gary Daw did more than was reasonably expected of him, he actually handed the evidence to them on a plate. The Police and Prosecution on several occasions said the witnesses were afraid to name names. Gary Daw certainly did and what did they do about it? The usuall, fuck all. When all the shit about the actuall cause of Gorman's death starts to raise it's ugly head, they use that as an excuse to drop the case. Well Mr charnley and Mr francis (prosecutors) you shouldn't need me to tell you that a charge of G.B.H. at that time carried a maximum sentence of LIFE in prison. The very least the Gorman family deserved was to see somebody stand trial for assaulting their son and you couldn't even manage that. SHAME ON YOU,SHAME ON YOU ALL.
